About This Provider

Daniel Humer, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant. He works closely with Drs. Sorce, Greenfield, Ledgerwood, Sarram, Huff, and Gourley in the practice’s Parker/Lone Tree and Aurora offices. Daniel’s areas of specialty include prostate cancer, BPH, men’s sexual health, and stone disease. His focus is on partnering with and educating patients so they can make the best decision for treatment.

He began his practice in 2009 working in general surgery, solid organ transplant & hepatobiliary surgery, and pediatric emergency medicine before joining Colorado Urology in 2018. Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. He went on to earn his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies with an emphasis in acute care and surgery from Midwestern University in Glendale AZ.

In addition to his work as a physician assistant, Daniel has been on eight medical mission trips providing primary care, general surgery, and urologic care to patients in Guatemala and Haiti. He also served as physician assistant student preceptor and enjoys teaching and mentoring the next generation of health care providers.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys cycling, running, skiing, hiking, paddle boarding, and international travel.
