Vacuum Erection Devices

The vacuum erection device is a plastic cylinder that is placed over the penis, and a pump (manual or battery operated) creates vacuum suction within the cylinder. Pumping the air out of the cylinder draws blood into the penis to create an erection. The erection is maintained by placing a stretchable elastic band over the base of the penis.
